CSS Does NOT Work With Every Carrier – Because his reputation with brokers is on the line when he provides his endorsement of the carrier sponsor, Nelson is extremely particular about which carriers he works with and will allow only proven, quality voluntary carriers to sponsor these Broker Boot Camps.
CSS Provides A Complete Broker Boot Camp Planning Kit – This kit includes event planning tools, scripts, checklists, etc. (If your organization has an efficient and successful internal system to promote and put on events then you can, of course, use your system.) Sponsorship of a Broker Boot Camp training event is $5,000 plus Nelson’s expenses. We recommend 30-50 brokers but there is no limit on the number of brokers who can participate. Just one sold case from the many prospective VB cases submitted by broker attendees will more than pay for your investment. We are able to offer a reduced rate for booking five or more Boot Camps in multiple markets.
Marketing expenses are the only additional cost to the carrier besides room cost, if any, and the cost of a cocktail reception after the training ends, which we strongly recommend that you offer as a reward to the brokers and to ensure meaningful rep interaction with the broker attendees.
